Deep fried soysaucy salmon

Instructions
- Marinate Salmon with Seasoning① for 15 mins then remove water from mackerel by paper towel, and coat with potato starch
- Pre-heat about 2cm of cooking oil in a pan or a pot at 180℃/350F (dip the handle of a wooden spoon or a chopstick into the oil, and the oil starts steadily bubbling, then the oil is hot enough)
- Fry salmon until browned
- Arrange with vegetables, grated radish, and lime on a plate

- Mix Sauce well and pour on rice
- Add green onion and seaweed on top
- You can add Soy sauce Natto or an egg yolk/ poached egg as you like!
Tomato-Simmered Chicken

- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook chicken with cooking oil on medium heat
- Add vegetables when chicken is browned (add some extra veggies if you like!)
- When onion gets soft, add Seasoning③ and cook for 10 mins (stir from bottom sometime and add a little of water, white wine or cooking sake if it gets burnt)
- Add butter and adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then arrange on a plate
