Asparagus and Bacon’s Soy Saucy Pasta
Things you need to prepare
Instructions
- Boil pasta with salt (keep some boiled water when drain)
- Heat the sauce, add some pasta boiled water and toss well with pasta
- Adjust taste with soy sauce/ salt and/or
- extra butter if you want!
Beef Bowl
Things you need to prepare
- Cooked rice
- Egg yolk / Quail egg (Optional)
Instructions
- Put onions and beef in a pan and cook on medium heat
- When boiled, skim the foam from the surface and simmer for about 5 mins with a lid on
- Add Shiitake, green onion and keep simmer for another 2 mins
- Serve it with the broth on rice in a bowl and ginger
- Add an egg yolk / quail egg as you like
Simmered Chicken With Broccolis & Eggs
Things you need to prepare
Instructions
- Put wings and Seasoning① in a pot, then cook on medium heat
- When the Seasoning is boiled, cook wings for 15mins on low heat and flip sometimes
- Boil vegetables sauté them with salt
- Add eggs and cook for a few mins.
- Arrange them with boiled vegetables
- Chicken would taste better if you boil them for 5 mins beforehand.
