Hokkaido Style Fried Chicken
Things you need to prepare
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with Seasoning① and leave it in a refrigerator for 20-30 mins
- Add potato starch to marinated chicken
- Heat a pan with 1cm cooking oil, stir-fry both side for 3-5 mins each on medium heat
- Cook both side for another min each on high heat to make it crispy
- Arrange chicken with vegetables and lemon on a plate
- Please make sure chicken is cooked well
Japanese Style Nasi Goreng
Things you need to prepare
Instructions
- Cook 1.5- 2 rice cups of rice (a little hard rice or cooled rice would be better)
- Heat cooking oil on a pan and cook Seasoning② on low heat
- When garlic smells better, add meat and vegetables
- When meat gets browned, add cooked rice and stir fry until meat is cooked well
- Add Seasoning⑤, then stir fry and mix the seasoning well with rice
- Arrange on a plate with mixed leaves
- Add a sunny-side egg on top if you like!
Yaki (Pan-fry) Udon
Things you need to prepare
- Cooking Oil
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of water
- sunny side egg (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pork with cooking oil on medium heat
- When browned, add vegetables and cook until they get soft
- Add udon noddles with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water on noodles, then put a lid on for a min on low heat.
- When noodles get separated, add Seasoning④ and cook for a few mins
- Arrange on a plate. Add green onion and a sunny side egg if you want!
- You can boild udon noodles for a minute and skip step 3 if you prefer.
